DPL is Step Ahead Software's first technology that proudly empowers Citizen developer and the translation engine at the heart of Filegroove is built on top of DPL.

We built a new, very powerful, general purpose programming language that, rather than compiling freeform text based "code", executes directly from code that is "visually created and edited" in the Filegroove web app's translation configuration Studio.

DPL supports entities, attributes, metadata, functions, function libraries etc., and all the control flow logic (if/then/else/else if etc.,) available with most traditional "hand written" computer languages.
